Union Chill Rewards Points begin to accumulate when you join the program and
complete your first purchase.

Union Chill Rewards Points will expire 180 days after earning.

At checkout, Union Chill Rewards Points will be redeemed first, and any subsequent discount or promotion will be applied to the remaining balance.

You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by Union Chill Dispensary, the Union Chill Loyalty program, and their authorized third-party agents and licensees in accordance with our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Privacy Practices.

Only qualified recreational visitors (21+) of Union Chill New Jersey or affiliates may
participate in the Union Chill Rewards Program.

Participation in the Union Chill Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of all program rules.

Union Chill Dispensary reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and
void a member’s point balance and rewards if any unauthorized points are earned or redeemed, or if there is any unauthorized use of the program.

Any returns or voids for items paid for with Union Chill Loyalty Rewards Points will have the amount returned directly to the Union Chill Loyalty Rewards Points wallet.
No cash will be given.

Union Chill Dispensary reserves the right to modify or cancel the Union Chill
Rewards Program at any time and without notice.
